Cancellation And Refund Policy

All the offline and online programs are well-planned from our end and a lot of effort goes in giving our members a world-class experience, hence no refund will be provided in case of Cancelation.

If you cancel the order before it has been shipped, you will get the refund of entire amount.

If you change your mind and cancel the order after its shipment (i.e. unopened item ONLY), you may return any unopened product(s) in its original packaging. You will get the refund after deducting the shipment charges. Please note that the amount of any refund will be credited to your Bank account, as per the details provided by you. Refund will be processed after receipt of the bank account details from the buyer within a period of 7 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.

In case of inventory mismatch at our end, kindly get in touch with our customer care and product will be replaced with the correct order.

We take utmost care of the quality of our products and services. However, if any product reaches you in damaged condition please email us from your registered email address at healthsiren2019@gmail.com requesting for return along with its reason and a photograph of the damaged product (please do mention the Order number) within 8 hours of its delivery. Team Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. You need to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after confirmation in email from Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren. Products sent without consent from us will not be considered for replacement.

Premises Policy

Premises

Vehicles should be parked in an orderly fashion so that no one gets disturbed.
Car parking is on the street. Both sides of the street have valid parking. 2-wheelers can be parked in the building parking
Keep your shoes and chappals properly outside the studio.
Keep your mobile on silent or turn it off during the class.
Please avoid strong perfumes, deodorant or Attars to avoid discomfort for other students.
Carry your own napkin and water bottle.
Speak only if necessary and in a low voice in studio before and after the class.
Care should be taken that the studio property is not damaged.
Smoking, Eating Tobacco, Gutka, and drinking alcohol are prohibited in the studio.
Children, relatives, friends are not allowed to watch the yog sessions. Yog is a personal practice hence only practitioners allowed inside the studio.
You should take care of your mobile and valuables. Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren is not responsible for the lost items.
Dress appropriately for Yog class.
The Yog Instructor or Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren management will not be responsible for physical injuries caused by not following the instructions of Yog instructor. We do not provide any type of Mediclaim or insurance.
Respect our Trainer. Be polite while talking to him/her.
If there are any complaints about our instructor, please contact the management.
If you have any diseases/health concerns, it must be specified at the time of admission. Your personal information will remain confidential.
Taking pictures and shooting videos in studio or studio premises is not allowed without the permission of the management.
Management reserves the right to cancel admission for misbehavior.
Management has the right to grant or refuse the admission in Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren.

Timings

All batches will start and end on time.
You should arrive before time for your batch. Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren is not responsible for any issues created due to abrupt beginning of the class due to your delayed arrival.
If you do not attend the classes for whatever duration while your membership is active then the missed classes will not be compensated.
The decision to compensate the leave due to any unavoidable reason, will be taken by the Constellate Multiservices & Publications – Health Siren Management.

Batch once selected cannot be changed without permission of the management. If for unavoidable reasons you missed your class and wish to come in another batch then prior permission must be taken. Unannounced change of batch will not be allowed as we have to manage space for all members who have originally signed up for that batch.

Payment

Payment should be done in advance, at the beginning of the month.
Make sure payments are done on time at your renewal date.
Payment can be made by cash, Bank transfer or UPI transfer. Card payment is not accepted.
Fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable beyond membership duration.
Payment should be done at once. Part payment is not allowed.
If studio needs to remain closed for any unforeseen reasons, natural calamities, or Government regulations then the classes will shift online. We will do our best to accommodate for all our members, however, cooperation is expected during difficult times. Money once deposited is non-refundable.
Do not bargain for fees.
Memberships will be considered from date to date, session-wise counting will not be done.
All the policies are written to make sure operations run smoothly and no member goes through any discomfort.

Keep positive and happy attitude while doing Yog. That energy affects other people around you.
