Kids Diet

In today’s world, kids suffer a lot from eating processed food. Most of the processed food is eaten by the kids in their first few years of life  

The main concern is the lack of knowledge among the parents about the right food for the kids according to their age & preparation of the food without losing nutrition, as they are leaving in nuclear families. The easy availability of processed food ease the mother’s stress for preparing food but creates a lot of hidden health issues for the family (kids and adults). The number of people suffering from Colic, Gastritis, and poor immunity towards seasonal changes and cold/ cough has risen a lot.

Our aim is to reduce the amount of processed food for the kids by educating the parents and family members about easy ways of preparing traditional food for their kids.

The balance of the total calories should be adjusted so as to reach the milestones of the weight given to the kids. A balanced diet for kids changes at regular intervals. A balanced diet consisting of grains, legumes, fruity and leafy vegetables, dairy products, nuts, and fruit is needed to provide adequate carbohydrates, proteins, essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.
