The current health system does not provide hope for any holistic solution. Most families cumulatively spend major part of their income on managing lifestyle disorders like diabetes, hypertension, PCOD/PCOS, high cholesterol, thyroid disease, etc., while all these disorders can be managed with proper education of Diet, Exercise and certain lifestyle changes.
We are trying to use a simple kitchen process to prepare food as medicine maintaining your own required taste. Our ancestors who are blessed with Health are always following basic things in their lifestyle.
Our aim is to provide strong supporting advice on diet, dinacharya, and rutucharya. This empowerment of people will help meet the challenge of affordability and availability of healthcare solutions for preventive, curative, and restorative health.
Our objective is to empower people to develop their own diet and lifestyle plans in a stepwise manner through an understanding and use of the underlying science of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle; learning to make safe, balanced choices from conflicting literature information; and learning to use traditional practises of food preparation with approximations of practical day-to-day utility.
